This system is not in compliance with EPA guidelines because the radon is being vented downwards. The exhaust point shall release at least ten feet off the ground vertically. The levels of radon coming out of the exhaust point is 500 to 1000 times greater than what is in the home, which makes it extremely dangerous to be close enough to breathe in the gas.
